User accounts

Each user is created automatically upon installation. Under the Users section in the Inffuse dashboard you can see all of your users. Clicking on a user will lead to the user’s sites (websites the app is installed on) and projects (number of app installs) - for example a user can install two widgets in the same site, in which case the dashboard will show one site and two projects.

By clicking on a project you can see and modify that project’s specific data. Each project has a private data level and a public data level. You can modify any private data and turn it into public data by pressing “Publish Saved”. If you only press “Save changes” it will remain saved as private data. You can set different public permissions for each data parameter in the Data Permissions section.

Under the user site and project, you can see the various quotas that are assigned to each one. For example if you created a “free” quota that is in the project level, under the project you will be able to see and modify the quota and the remaining amount for the project.

You can search for a specific user by entering either the user’s ID, key name or email address (if that address is associated with a user and not a project).
